Chester Village
Provides permanent supportive housing for homeless families. A four unit facility for families in which at least one adult is disabled due to substance abuse.
Families must meet the time definition associated with chronic homelessness (homeless for one year, or homeless 4 or more times in the past three years).

The Nancy Painter Home
The Nancy Painter Home provides transitional housing to homeless single mothers & children. A historic victorian home for 4 families is the center of our program. Single mothers must have been in an emergency shelter for at least 30 days.
The Nancy Painter House is funded by Supportive Housing Program funds provided by Housing and Urban Development. Matching support is provided by an annual grant provided in memory of Nancy Painter.
